TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion conditions and rules of the game

  1. Competitions are organized by Bed and breakfast Wouw under the trade name Bed and breakfast Wouw V.O.F. Located in Wouw. These promotional terms and conditions apply to promotions.
  2. Participation in promotions is free.
  3. Each participant can only participate once in an action.
  4. Participants are obliged to provide correct, up-to-date and complete information when participating in a competition or competition.
  5. Participants must comply with the Social Media Advertising Code.
  6. The duration of the promotion is indicated in the description of the promotion.
  7. To participate, a participant must be at least 16 years old. All other participants are excluded from participation.
  8. The winner will be drawn at random and in an impartial manner.
  9. Winners will be personally informed within 5 working days after the promotion has closed via the e-mail address used to participate in the promotion.
  10. Bed and breakfast Wouw V.O.F. may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or adjust these promotion terms and conditions during the promotion period, or change or adjust the promotion without giving any reason, unless this leads to the disadvantage of the participant.
  11. There will be no correspondence about results.
  12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
  13. Prizes are not transferable to third parties.
  14. The personal data obtained in the context of competitions are used by Bed and breakfast Wouw V.O.F. for the giveaway and will not be provided to third parties.
  15. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be taken by Bed and breakfast Wouw V.O.F.
  16. Bed and breakfast Wouw V.O.F. acts with its actions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance of 1 January 2014.
  17. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
  18. Participants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
